If you can take a look at your mail server settings specifically the IMAP and SMTP. Make a note of the values and delete an overwrite them also check your passwords for both SMTP and IMAP. Make sure they are the same if you can’t see them look at the number of stars or dots.

I work in a small company and for the past 2 weeks we've been having issues with customer support Outlook account. The account is used as IMAP in all customer support clients, every time you set up the mail in anyones computer FixTechGuide email error solutions it just sync 30-50GB ost files... This problem isn't anything new, this happens every year or so, but this time it just isn't getting fixed. The problem is that the some changes are not reflected in the Gmail web app. By Outlook OST vs PST repair web app, I mean webmail accessed via Firefox or Chrome for (say) Windows 10, not smartphone app. To set up a mail account, we can set the same standard name "mail.mydomain.com" as the incoming and outgoing mail server. My comment about 3rd party email -- is a 3rd email app called Email - Edison Mail (from the App Store) I set up my mail accounts in the app and everything works as it should. I’ve tried repairing the data file, removing and re-adding the account, rebooting, re-installing Outlook/Office, running SFC/DISM, all to no avail.





Wonder if the vpn is causing an issue. Perhaps something in TB needs to be tweaked. I have no firewall monitors running during the day that would interfere just the vpn. I have several email accounts / IMAP set-up. So looking at my tree of email accounts one inbox might have 10 mail total and 3 unread form earlier.
